Leigh UTC Dartford is proud to celebrate its students’ achievements in the 2025 International Baccalaureate (IB) results. This year’s outcomes reflect the dedication of our students, the skill of our teachers, and our school’s commitment to continuous improvement.
We are delighted to report that our average point score (APS) saw a significant increase. The overall grade average now stands at a commendable H4-, highlighting both student progress and the impact of effective teaching and learning strategies.
Particularly notable were improvements in mathematics and psychology, where subject outcomes saw marked gains. These successes are complemented by a positive value-added score, reflecting the progress our students made beyond their starting points.
Mr Kevin Watson, Principal, commented:
“These results are a testament to the hard work and determination of our students and staff. We are especially pleased with the improvements across key subject areas, and the positive trajectory shown in our overall performance. This momentum puts us in a strong position for the year ahead.”
This year marks the final delivery of our IB programmes, and we are proud of the legacy they leave behind. Looking ahead, we are excited to build on this foundation with refined course offerings that better meet the needs of our learners. In particular, we are delighted to announce that from next year, we will be offering a third T Level, expanding the range of high-quality vocational pathways available to our students.
